Comp Points
Comp points are accumulated as you play, and 100 Comp Points are worth A$1. You can redeem from 1,000 points, and 20,000 points is the maximum you may redeem daily. Redeemed points follow the standard playthrough split, and Comp Points cannot be used in the games excluded in our bonus rules. How playthrough is calculated
We calculate playthrough on the deposit amount plus the bonus. For example, a A$100 deposit with a 100% bonus at 30x means wagering A$200 thirty times, or A$6,000, before a cashout.
One offer at a time
Use one bonus at a time. Mixing promotions can lead to winnings being removed at withdrawal, and extra coupons normally cannot be redeemed while you have a balance or a pending cashout.
Cashing out after a bonus
An active bonus on your account usually stops a withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise, the bonus itself is non-cashable and is taken off your withdrawal. With a deposit bonus, your withdrawal request must exceed the sum of the deposit and the bonus. Once wagering is met, anything above the Maximum Withdrawal Limit is removed from your balance.
Country conditions
Based on your country of residence, limits may apply to play, bonus use, free-chip redemption and credit-card deposits. You can contact us to appeal, and we decide each case individually. Players from certain countries may not cash out free chips without a previous deposit and can use them for fun only.
Games excluded with bonus funds
Unless an offer specifically says otherwise, with any promotional bonus or no-deposit bonus, roulette, craps, baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, War, Sic Bo and shooting games such as Fish Catch are not allowed. Playing them before wagering is complete may void all funds in the account and close it.
Free chips
You can use only one free chip between deposits, and winnings from several free chips in a row are void. Unless an offer says otherwise, the maximum withdrawal from a no-deposit bonus is one time its face value, and free chips worth less than A$50 have a cash-out limit of A$100.
Slots share
With a bonus for all allowed games, at least 50% of your play must be on slots before you request a withdrawal.
No Restrictions packages
Playing a prohibited or restricted game with a bonus will void any winnings generated during that bonus, even after playthrough is met. A slots-and-keno No Restrictions deposit bonus still needs a 1x playthrough of the deposit plus bonus before withdrawal.
