Our agreement with you

These terms, together with our other policies, are the full agreement between you and A Big Candy Casino. By opening an account and using our casino you accept them, and it is up to you to read and follow them. We may update the terms or our procedures at any time, and changes apply as soon as they are published.

Who can play

You must be 18 or older, or the age of legal capacity where you live if that is higher. Our games are open only to residents of places where taking part is legal. Depending on your country, limits may apply to play, bonuses, free chips or card deposits, and you can contact us to ask us to review a country limit on your account.

Your account

Each player may hold one real account. Extra accounts are closed, and winnings from duplicate accounts are not paid. Keep your login details private and never let anyone else play on your account. The details you give us must be correct, and we may ask for more information to confirm them.

Fair play

The result of every game round is set by our random number generator. If the game on your screen and our server ever disagree, the server result counts. Wins caused by a malfunction or game error are void. Bets may only be placed through our own casino pages, and robots or other automated play are not allowed.

Bonuses

Wagering is counted on your deposit plus the bonus. Only one bonus may be used at a time, and bonuses cannot be combined. Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, War, Sic Bo and shooting games such as Fish Catch cannot be played with bonus money. We may refuse or cancel an offer at any time, and players we consider to be playing professionally or abusing offers may lose bonus winnings.

Withdrawals

Before we process a withdrawal we ask for a government photo ID and proof of address. We check each request within 7 to 10 business days, and approved amounts are processed within 10 business days after approval. Weekly limits, processing fees and bonus cash-out limits are explained on our main page and in your Cashier.

Disputes

If you disagree with the outcome of a game, write to us within 14 days. You can also send a complaint through the Central Dispute System, an independent system set up by RTG to settle player disputes.
